I love them all, so that makes it a little easier for me to burn off the fat. I am sticking to the following basic foods during the transformation that is underway. Milk, Whole Grain Cereal, Oats, Jalapenos, Habaneros, Cayennes, Green Tea, Coffee, Lean Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Salmon, Tuna, and Sardines. I also add spinach, blueberries and almonds to my diet. I ate so much junk like Hamburger Helper, deep fried bar foods, chips, and a million Chuckwagon gut bombs, I don't miss it one bit. I am enjoying eating healthy. I love eating healthy and feel a thousand times greater now that I am in eating healthy. Four days into this new workout and it's taking it's toll on me. Every morning this week, I have been extremely sore, but not so sore that I cannot continue with my workouts. I was a little surprised yesterday when I weighed myself at the gym because I put on a pound. I was happy, but then when I got home after my dentist appointment and workout, I took a healthy dump and I now know why I was a pound heavier. Anyway, enough about that. I am ready to board a plane and in route to the Daytona 500, St Louis, Memphis and returning back to Detroit over the next twelve days. I will be busy, but am going to try and find the time to update. I wish all of you a very happy 4th of July. Keep your troops in your prayers. Don't forgot about those who are fighting for our freedoms and see you all around. This cat has a itch to scratch and some sun to soak up. Peace and love everyone.

But before I go, I want to make a plug and share an e-mail with you from a great American. I have mentioned a couple of times how bad the bugs are this year in da U.P. We'll Jake might be the man to help us all out with the mosquito problem. Support those who support the Closet and the fellow hard working American. I will plug and try to help out anyone. Especially those like Jake who support this great country of ours. If you want to contact jake, you can e-mail him jbritton@clarkemosquito.com. Okay, now I am out of here. Take care you all and look for me at the race.

Biskit,

I am a frequent visitor of your website and use it frequently for trail reports. I appreciate your honesty when reporting trail conditions, it does influence where we decide to go. When we are in the eastern UP we ALWAYS stay in Hulbert, at the sno shu. We have frequented Shirley's
for many years, 20+. I, my brothers and my dad used to hunt north of town about 5 miles, just before the river you take a left, there is a hunt club back there. We had a friend that had a 40 near the hunt club that we hunted, a lot of great memories in the Hulbert area. Although we have never met, I feel like I know you pretty well. You could say we are cut from the same cloth. I Love this country, hate what's happening to it these days, love snowmobiling, hunting and our community.

The reason for my email is that I work for a company out of the Chicago area that manufactures mosquito/insect control products and equipment and distribute them worldwide. Most of our customers are cities, villages, golf courses and campgrounds but we do have products for
residential customers as well. It seems this year with all of the rain there are a lot of people fighting mosquito problems in MI.

The greatest thing about our products and equipment is that they are all produced and manufactured in the USA, Illinois and Minnesota to be exact. I am proud to work for Clarke Mosquito Control Products, www.clarkemosquito.com

I wanted to ask you if it would be OK to put my contact information up on the message board so readers who are having mosquito problems this year could get in touch with me if they wish. If you don't want me to, I won't, no hard feelings. If it's OK with you, great, I'll post it and see what happens.

I would also like to send you a sample of our product for your use. This could be the trade off for allowing me to put my info on your website. It is easy to use and while it won't eliminate the mosquitoes in your yard, it should make them a little more tolerable.

We are an American, family owned company that employs about 150 Americans year round, more in the summer. Our products are made in the USA and we stand behind them. I am responsible for sales in Wisconsin and Michigan and live in Davison, MI.

Thanks for your time.
Regards, Jake

Luke ''The Drifter'' says:

"We Americans got so tired of being thought of as dumb by the rest of the world that we went to the polls last November and removed all doubt."

The below is my new National Anthem. I absolutely love Neil Young, even though he tends to lean to the left at times. The "Fork in the Road" I take as the last Presidential election. Didn't know what way to turn? We'll Biskit is proud to announce that when I reached the Fork, I turned right and I am not nor do I ever plan on being a member or associate myself in any way with the Obamanation. He is your puppet, not mines. Thank God. With all that said, I consider this song and video a classic.

Now I rolled out of bed yesterday morning and not on purpose. I had to. My abs were so sore, I could not set myself up. I literally had to roll my self out of bed. But after breakfast and some coffee I was able to go and knock out my Wednesday workout which took only thirty minutes by the numbers. I was feeling pretty good at the end of it, so I knocked off some more reps and extended the workout by another ten minutes. Once it was done, I felt great. Despite the 50 degree temps and riding my bike through fog and mist, it was and is a great way to wrap up a workout.

Sex offenders released by mistake

Detroit -- At least 62 convicted sex offenders, including 40 from Metro Detroit, were erroneously released from Detroit prisons last week and on the loose for days before the mistake was noticed and they were taken back into custody.

The prisoners, with offenses ranging from child molestation to rape, had served their minimum sentences and just completed treatment programs at the Mound and Ryan correctional facilities. All were returned to custody within "three or four days," Russ Marlan, spokesman for the state Department of Corrections, said Wednesday.

Marlan said there's no indication any of the prisoners committed crimes while free

Now, I have been talking about my workouts and vacations allot lately. The reason for this is because not much else has been going on. I am not going to get into rants about our Government, because I find the monster completely out of control and the only thing that is going to stop the monster is for all of us to stand up. I can't see that happening. Especially after the Wacko Jacko death. Let me explain this to you real quick. See, I was sitting in a Red Lobster restaurant, eating, Lobster, Shrimp and Scallops when the news broke out of this freaks death. Everyone and I mean everyone in the restaurant, stopped eating and got up from there seats to get closer to the television so they could hear the news. Everyone except for me. I was not going to let my lobster go cold so I could listen about what was happening to this freak. After my dinner, I went to Wallmart to pick up a few things. The store looked vacant until you got back by the electronics section. That's where everyone was at. Watching the news about the freak. Came back to my room and got in the hot tub. Little girl was running through all the channels on T.V and it was the Wacko Jacko show, everywhere you looked. The next day, I flew through three different airports. The Wacko Jacko story was still running strong. Everyone was glued to it. This was in three major cities that I went through. Now if people would pay that much attention to what your corrupt, disgusting politicians were doing, things may be different for us. But they are not, because we are like a bunch of monkeys that can be trained and programmed. Cap and trade was passed last Friday. But no one knows anything about it including our stinking politicians, because the people are glued to Wacko Jacko. Oh how society is dropping like a rock. What is it going to take, to wake the people up?  Peace you all. Will holler at you one more time before I fly out.

Some of us are having great days, some are not. I am one of those that are having great days and they are getting better and better as time goes on. More on my workout's in a minute, but right now let's talk about the weather and bugs. It's cold up here right now and the weather is simply crap. Rain, cold, but at least it has knocked the bugs down. Bugs? I have never seen mosquito's so bad. WOW. They are unbelievable this year. Thank God in two more days, Biskit will be having his ass parked in the Depalma Tower located at the Daytona 500. Will be thinking about all you mosquito bait piles while I am away, again. Every place I have been this week since I have been back, the bugs have been absolutely crazy. The only place they don't mess with me is while I am at the gym or riding my bike, as long as I go fast enough. As far as enjoying a bon fire at this time, one better use bug repellant.

Now, about yesterdays workout. I was sore Tuesday from Mondays workout. I weigh myself everyday before I start the workout and always have on the same kinds of clothes. I lost 3/4 pounds since yesterday and don't understand why? My calorie intake yesterday was 2330. 21% protein, 60% carbs, and 19% total fat. Everything I ate was healthy, but I am not trying to lose anymore weight. I am trying to gain it a little bit. I don't want to get any lighter. I might have to start putting 3000 calories in my head, but as of right now, I feel like I am eating like a horse. I also feel great. Tuesdays workout took me approx. 45 minutes and I am telling you, my abs took a beating. I will feel this today. Here is the workout that was done yesterday. Run or Bike - 4 Intervals, 30 sec. 90 sec. recovery, Standing Cable Crunch 10 to 15 reps, repeat the circuit, Weighted Crunch 10 to 15 reps, repeat the circuit, Pulse Up 10 to 15 reps, repeat the circuit, Figure 8 crunch 10 to 15 reps, repeat the circuit, Medicine Ball Torso Rotation 10 to 15 reps, repeat the circuit. I ran the intervals and did 5 intervals instead of 4. This really beat the 50 minutes or more I have been spending on the treadmill. Didn't break much of a sweet doing the intervals, but when it came to the abs workout, I broke a good sweet. I was almost shaky when I got done. The intervals, I ran at 11.2 for 30 seconds and 4.2 rest for 90 seconds. I am going to stick with this workout schedule for four weeks and see where I end up at. The workout I am doing can be seen by scrolling down to Mondays update. I feel good boys and I can't wait to get on a sled now that I am back in shape.

I am missing winter really bad and cannot wait until it get's here. Don't get me wrong, I am having a great summer and having lot's of fun, but folks, summer sucks. I like winter much, much better. Let's look at a video from Sled Solutions and anticipate a great season. Video includes one of my favorite songs, "Fortunate Son." For all of your snowmobile needs, visit Paul's website and shop away. He has some great items to choose from. Peace and Love everyone.

P.S Thank you Lord for answering my prayers concerning my Grandmother and father. My Grandmothers surgery went well and she is doing great according to the doctors.

Last ride 09

Tuesday June 30th, 2009

Mondays workout was great and the total time to perform the workout by the numbers was just over 30 minutes. One can see the workout by looking at yesterdays update. Along with the workout, I did a nice relaxing thirty minute bicycle ride which is hard to get done with at this time the rainy/cold weather we have been having. Now, I could not do these workouts without my MP3 player and yesterdays workout went along with the music of Black Sabbath, Classic Bob Segar Live Bullet -Hey Detroit, YEAH- I never liked that ghetto trash one bit, and Eminem's new relapse album. Is there anyone out there that are doing these workouts with me or anyone being inspired by Biskit's transformation? Please let me know. I am working out by myself and only doing the things that I read about, so to partner up with someone would be good. I have time for a story about my transformation which I would like to share with you. Little things that I have been experiencing through this life change. I have been tanning allot and got allot darker during my last vacation. We'll one day I was waking up and I was itching all over due to the sun burn. I couldn't help but notice how tight everything on my back chest and arms were. It felt good. So while I was scratching myself, I felt something and when I touched it, it felt good. I thought, "What the hell is that?" So I felt it again. Folks, it was my nipple. I am not kidding you. See, I was so out of shape and had so much fat on my body, my nipples hardly ever stuck out unless I was excited, THO's. But now since I am turning that fat into muscle, my nipples stand out all the time. So I do take time out during the day and play with my nipples since I can now feel them. Anyway, thought I would share that with you.

Thank god for the workouts and my new nipple sensation, because it keeps my mind off of some of the other crap that is going on in our state like the dumb ass Governor we currently have and the black puppet for a President. What the hell is she doing? We are dumping our Michigan convicts out on the street at a record rate which endangers the public. She reports that we have a record drop in convictions and crimes, which I believe to be bullshit and now she wants to accept and house California's trash which consist of 53 % illegal immigrants. When are you monkeys going to wake up and demand that the Federal Government secures our borders and send all these illegal immigrants back to there own countries. We pay taxes to protect us from these illegal's, not to house and feed them 24/7. I have told you a thousand times that Liberalism is a Mental Disorder and it is being proven true each and every day. I got to stop before I get myself all worked up. Peace and love you all. I am going to go and play with my nipples and someone elses for awhile.

Michigan in talks to possibly take California prisoners

Lansing -- Empty Michigan prisons could become home to hundreds of California inmates if a deal can be struck.
Gov. Jennifer Granholm sent a letter Monday to California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger formally offering space in Michigan for some of the inmates California is running out of room to house. Michigan plans to close two prisons by the end of September. They are the Standish Maximum Correctional facility about 145 miles northwest of Detroit and a medium-security prison in Muskegon. Michigan could save the jobs of about half of the 1,000 prison guards it plans to lay off by Oct. 1 if California accepts the offer. A request for comment was left with Schwarzenegger's office Monday.

Now maybe our dumbass politicians should take a course from Sheriff Joe Prison 101.

SHERIFF JOE IS AT IT AGAIN!

You all remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona , who painted the jail cells pink and made the inmates wear pink prison garb. Maricopa County was spending approx. $18 million dollars a year on stray animals, like cats and dogs. Sheriff Joe offered to take the department over, and the County Supervisors said okay. The animal shelters are now all staffed and operated by prisoners They feed and care for the strays. Every animal in his care is taken out and walked twice daily. He now has prisoners who are experts in animal nutrition and behavior. They give great classes for anyone who'd like
to adopt an animal. He has literally taken stray dogs off the street, given them to the care of prisoners, and had them place in dog shows. The best part? His budget for the entire department is now under $3 million. Teresa and I adopted a Weimaraner from a Maricopa County shelter two years ago. He was neutered, and current on all shots, in great health, and even had a microchip inserted the day we got him. Cost us $78.

The prisoners get the benefit of about $0.28 an hour for working, but most would work for free, just to be out of their cells for the day. Most of his budget is for utilities, building maintenance, etc. He pays the prisoners out of the fees collected for adopted animals. I have long wondered when the rest of the country would take a look at the way he runs the jail system, and copy some of his ideas. He has a huge farm, donated to the county years ago, where inmates can work, and they grow most of their own fresh vegetables and food, doing all the work and harvesting by hand.

He has a pretty good sized hog farm, which provides meat, and fertilizer. It fertilizes the Christmas tree nursery, where prisoners work, and you can buy a living Christmas tree for $6 - $8 for the Holidays, and plant it later. We have six trees in our yard from the Prison.

Yup, he was reelected last year with 83% of the vote.

Now he's in trouble with the ACLU again. He painted all his buses and vehicles with a mural, that has a special hotline phone number painted on it, where you can call and report suspected illegal aliens. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement wasn't doing enough in his eyes, so he had 40 deputies trained specifically for enforcing immigration
laws, started up his hotline, and bought 4 new buses just for hauling folks back to the border He's kind of a 'Git-R Dun' kind of Sheriff.

TO THOSE OF YOU NOT FAMILIAR WITH JOE ARPAIO HE IS THE MARICOPA ARIZONA COUNTY SHERIFF AND HE KEEPS GETTING ELECTED OVER AND OVER. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY:

Sheriff Joe Arpaio (In Arizona ) who created the ' Tent City Jail': He has jail meals down to 40 cents a serving and charges the inmates for them. He stopped smoking and porno magazines in the jails. Took away their weights Cut off all but 'G' movies. He started chain gangs so the inmates could do free work on county and city projects. Then He Started Chain Gangs For Women So He Wouldn't Get Sued For Discrimination. He took away cable TV Until he found out there was A Federal Court order that Required Cable TV For Jails So He Hooked Up The Cable TV Again Only Let In The Disney Channel And The Weather Channel.

When asked why the weather channel He Replied, So They Will Know How Hot It's Gonna Be While They Are Working ON My Chain Gangs. He Cut Off Coffee Since It Has Zero Nutritional Value. When the inmates complained, he told them, 'This Isn't TheRitz/Carlton......If You Don't Like It, Don't Come Back.'

Joe Arpaio, the tough-guy sheriff who created the tent city and long ago started making his prisoners wear pink, and eat bologna sandwiches, is not one bit sympathetic. He said Wednesday that he told all of the inmates: 'It's 120 Degrees In Iraq And Our Soldiers Are Living In Tents Too, And They Have To Wear Full Battle Gear, But They Didn't Commit Any Crimes, So Shut Your Mouths!'

Way To Go, Sheriff!

Maybe if all prisons were like this one there would be a lot less crime and/or repeat offenders. Criminals should be punished for their crimes, not live in luxury until it's time for their parole, only to go out and commit another crime so they can get back in to live on taxpayers money and enjoy things taxpayers can't afford to have for
themselves.

Monday June 29th, 2009

We'll since I am into the physical fitness thing, I guess that is what we are going to talk about today. Let me bring you up to date. I am down to 184 pounds and while on my last vacation, all the clothes I bought were 32 in the waist and large when it came to the shirts. The pants and new clothes feel great. I don't want to lose anymore, but to get in the habit of eating whatever you want after watching what you ate for the past two months is hard. I am taking in about 2200 to 2500 calories per day. I should be getting up to 2900 calories. So I do have to eat more. But it is hard when you are eating healthy. I did buy me some protein supplement which I am going to start taking today. Another thing I bought was a book. I seen it in the store yesterday and it was 9.99. At first I thought, I am not going to spend that much on a book. But then I thought, Biskit, how many bottles of Captain did you buy and how much money have you spent on other people in the bars. Do this for yourself. So I bought it. It is "Men's health, eat right guide." Great book. Looked it over last night and found much information. So starting today, I am on a new training program and it last for four weeks. I am going to hit it hard and see what happens. The following is my workout schedule for this week. Let me say first, that I feel absolutely great. The weight lose and the tightening up on all my muscles and no more flab is awesome. I can't stop touching myself. The only thing I have never had in life is six pack abs. We'll folks, I will get them within a year. Pictures are going to be taken of this transformation and I will be updating once a week on my progress. So sit back and enjoy. It really feels good when your metabolism has kicked in and one doesn't have to worry about what they eat. It is also nice not have to worry about where I am going to get my workouts in while on vacation, because I am now a member of Anytime Fitness. Many more things I could say, but I will end this update with this weeks work out schedule. Talk to you all later. I will be updating more before I fly to Daytona.

Saturday June 27th, 2009

On my way home from the airport yesterday, I decided that the best way to wrap up such a wonderful vacation is to visit and do one of my favorite things. So I went up and spent some time with my brother and enjoyed a great U.P bonfire. After a relaxing evening, we spent a wonderful day on Lake Superior in the ever so beautiful Whitefish Bay. Whitefish Point is a great place to visit and as you can tell by the below pictures, it is absolutely beautiful on the water. Don't want to close so early, but this cat needs some rest. I only have six days until I can do it all over again. Will talk to you all later. Peace.

All right. I haven't told a joke in awhile. So they say a picture speaks a thousand words. Here's one for ya.
